Maintaining and creating a Vibrant Vyrnwy for nature and people by developing volunteering, community, and upskilling opportunities in this beautiful part of Wales.

The Vibrant Vyrnwy Coed Hiraeth project is funded by The Moondance Foundation.

Volunteer - Whether you are looking for a little bit of an adventure in the wild, would like to discover the nature and rich history of Vyrnwy, gain practical conservation skills, or simply make new friends, Vibrant Vyrnwy Coed Hiraeth has so much to offer. With varied and accessible volunteering opportunities including a weekly Tuesday Work Party and Friday Women's Group, there is something to suit everyone.

You can help build and be part of a vibrant community, make a difference to biodiversity, learn about how we are helping to fight climate change, share what you have learnt, discover the estate's history and much more!

We run regular events to engage the community with nature and the history of the site, through wellbeing, craft, skill sharing, training, education, walks, talks and citizen science.
